Easy fix if you are good with a multi-tester and solder iron. Mirco fuses are the little black surface mount things, usually with a 15 or 30 printed on them, 2 contact pads on either end. The smaller black things (or blue) are resistors and the yellow ones are capacitors. black things with a mark on one edge are diodes, the 3 pad ones are 2 way diodes.
The fuse you are looking for has a 30 on it and is near where the power connector goes. Test all of them anyway, should be 0 ohms, if any are opened replace OR if you dare, you can desolder it and short the 2 pads with a drop of solder. If you are using a cheap controller, you can modify it to use less power with a
500-1000 ohm resistor on the power line. If your cables are chewed up from a dog or something, replace them! Especially if you just short out the bad fuse, you’ll want to know what blew it in the first place to avoid any further damage.
