First thing DJ3 works for burning the latest selfbooting games. I know that because I use it.
From the about 60 games that I burned:
Shenmue from Kalisto, Dave Mirra BMX, RE3: Nemesis, Shenmue Passport, CapcomVS SNK from Echelon, Jet Grind Radio are the ones that were done with DJ3.
Secondly try to get the SFV file that comes with some releases. This file got some infos on how big each file is. Before unraring always make a test in WINRAR to see if there's corrupted files. Check the NFO for the game to see if there's no special indications. And when you did all that do a test/simulation before burning for real. After about 8 to 10 coasters believe me you'll start to test each game that you download.
