PS2:
Because you want to play them on on your PS2 and your PS2
IS modded then just get PS2 Media Reality Player and go from there (do a search on the forums for info, this has been discussed in the PS2 Forum, I believe)
If your PS2 isnt modded then you could try converting the files to DVD Format, kinda pointless I reckon... But

Despite what some people believe, there is no way to play VCD/SVCD CDs on your PS2.
