Can't seem to patch game
I have the final dvd pal extermination rip by static. I have a Us ps2 and thus need it to be in ntsc format for me to see it correctly. The patches that are on this site does not work because I think it was made for the rip by kalisto.So how do I change this game to ntsc format?
