The chips that we can get so easy here are near impossible there. The gov't checks your mail and has made these chips illegal. So ordering one through the mail is impossible, however he does have access to one chip I have never heard of and ironic as it is its named the alladin.

Does anyone have any info on this chip, can you reflash it with evox, does it come pre flashed and any other kind of information you might have would be greatly appreciated.
