I can find a no-cd patch for all previous versions and they've worked great and been available immediately.
The original Enhancement Pack 3 (4.05) patch from SI Games caused a HUGE INJURY BUG!
and they have now replaced the executable only.
It's the no cd patch for this latest 4.05 injury free exe that I need.
