Try this:
Look at the ini files on the cd using explorer. Inside one of the ini files (setup.ini for MOHAA, not sure for MOHAAS thou) you should hopefully find the ProductGUID or something similar. Copy the code beside this.
Now goto Start...Run and type regedit, search for that key and delete it. You should now hopefully be able to install.
