ta, I solved cosmic smash some time ago indeed, but an NBA2k2 hex is still welcome
But i think there is no hex for this game as the beginning and FMV runs 60hz and when it goes to the title screen it changes screenmode to 50 (this is also the case with NFL2k2). Booting it with gameshark CDX lets the game run 60hz though.
