Well the question is WHAT IS A DUMMY FILE? I'm sorry to sound so ignorant but I have been looking for the answer to this just haven't found it.

I also want to know to what games I need to add the dummy file to I mean do I have to add it to selfbooters, non-selfbooters, or both.
