Often you will find (Via the Regedit) that the game points towards your CD Rom when it starts - hence when you start the game it will always ask for the CD..... Go to Start >Run >Regedit & find the Game title, usually in HKey_Local_Machine > Software > (Your game) & look for the CD Driver Path & change that to the directory where you installed the game.

@ joemimic - At the install did you select Advanced User & ensure that full is ticked...... The typical User Setting doesn't install everything to the drive.. from memory.... to use a NO CD Fix you must always ensure you do a full install.......
