As i understand it the latest patch (Offical) release version is Version 2199.
As you've seen, GCW are offering a version 2218 & 2220
No CD / Fixed exe. These represent patches that are "Beta" releases. i.e. Still in testing phase.
In fact the next 2222 patch is currently in "Beta" testing as well.
If you download the Beta patches then you can grab these fixes off GCW so you dont need to play with your original disc in the drive......
