He most certainly did say that and I talked to someone on irc that had a major problem with him as well. My major problem with his install was the fact that when the system was booted in PS1 or Dev.olution mode I got NOTHING, just a black screen...similar to what you'd see if you created a bridge...but it is stated on his site that the system is tested for "FULL FUNCTIONALITY" prior to and after the install is performed.... Which he admitted was a lie, because he said if his one backup works then it was done properly...no more tests are performed. As for not wanting to test all the functions...seriously, how long does it take to boot into the three seperate modes? all of a minute and a half? and boot a PS1 game, 30 seconds? I think it's worth it to the installer to take 2 minutes to be sure a complete job was performed, which in my case, it clearly was not...Seems like bs to me considering a black screen when trying to boot does not constitute full function... And he's asshole on top of it, expected me to pay for a full repair to fix HIS mistake... My recomendation - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.... You may get what you pay for but you may end up with a near useless unit and $60 less in your pocket...
