Unusual version you have given the original release was Version 1, then Ver.2136, Ver.2166, Ver.2186 & the final / current (not beta) Version 2199.
I would suggest you install the game (full) then grab the Version 2199 patch
Over Here install that & then grab the version 2199 No CD
No-CD/Fixed EXE 1]Over Here .
To install it you simply extract the UT2003 to your UT2003>system folder & overwrite the existing file.
As always your Patch & Crack must in all cases be the same version. By updating to the latest patch as above & downloading the relevant crack as above you have accomplished this.
