Yes, it seems like they're both fixed exe's. This is usually the case with cracked patches, but I can why see people are confused about the gimpsRus crack since they mostly bring out nocds. I'd recommend the gimpsRus crack, since I find this thing about the extra CM4 code to be VERY bizarre
