I did the same as you said but did it a much simpler way.


Load up sound recorder (windows xp was the o/s i used) then point it to a recording in the files that you mentioned. Then open one of them

Simply click file>Save as, and then you can change the recording rate on that screen to the same quailty you used.

Great game, Great tip. All the tip is doing is downsampling the sound quality for the three sega arcade machines in the game.
