I used to have Nero and Adaptec (old name for Roxio) installed together a long time ago. Besides Nero telling me when I installed it that 'Adaptec is already installed on my machine, do I want to continue installing?' I never had any problems with them both being on my machine. I hear these days though if Roxio/Apaptec comes preinstalled on your machine, it will not allow you to install
certain copying software. Not sure about that, just what I read.
On your first query, if you havent bothered to search google, then do. If you dont get the answer you are looking for on these forums you can always manually type the album tracks into Windows Media Player
