The windows NT line of operating systems don’t have the ASPI layer preinstalled so you have to install it yourself. This might solve your problem. You can get it

When a file is locked you can't copy it. Use a dvd player software to unlock the files. Cineplayer DVD always works for me, I just run Cinepalyer and once the movie starts playing I close it and the files are unlocked and ready to copy.
