RecordNow Max is basically an updated Primo so it probbably won't work either, but it doesn't hurt to try. If it doesn't work, uninstall it cause there is no need to have Primo and RecordNow Max. Yes you should be able to use your Riteks and Primos(I think you meant Princos) no problem.
