Phenoprotect protection is not an easy one to make a 1:1 Copy.
CD Media World may give you some tips.
But I recall MTW being safedisc Ver 2.60.052 protected. Why dont you give CD Killers
Protect ID Proggie a go & see what that comes up with. CD Killer has a

If it is Safedisc Ver 2.60.052 protected then you can simply use bOOls eYe's safe disc cleaner proggie to clean it..... So you would install the game, run safedisc 2 cleaner & clean the .exe file.....& whallaaa you can play without your backups in the drive.
