I figured it out. For some odd reason, if I press the "x" button, the game is half screen. But, if I press "o" to start the game, it's in full screen?!?!? odd. Also, if anyone is reading this patch, can you help me figure out how to patch the rest of my rockman games?!?!? I've tried using all these programs on this site, and they don't work, I've tried making my own patches, and nothing happens, please help, email me at
