B is what happened to me before, until a friend who had no intention of playing online bought it and gave me his key.

No i actually own the game...the problem is with the online crack, i can get into the forum/chat area but when i start a game 20 seconds into it kaboom...i'm not the only one others have complained of the same problem...
Personally though i could care less to play this game online it to me is nothing more than a singleplayer game...so i'm using the regular no/cd and once i finish all the missions i'll probly shelf the game anyway...too many other good games on the horizon
