But the main problem I still don´t understand.

I want to play an original Pal Game on a NTSC Playstation with a Chip already on board...

But when I put the game inside it tells me that the TV Norm is not compatible or that I have to input a playstation ( playstation2 ) compatible Cd or DVD ....
