i've a strange copy of Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2 it can run directrly from the CD-writer but once i tried to run the NFSHP2 from the hard disk i got this message -->

well, does this mean the copy which i have ryt now is not well burned? if i made another copy from d same one would it be fixed ?
i have LiteOn 48x24x48x LTR-48246SSS0B.
any suggestions ..
