It's easy:
Install the game and the patch.
after that replace the original tcm2003.exe for the fixed one.
download the Un-CDCheck v1.0 at gamecopyworld (at game tools section) and apply it to the fixed exe.
play the game
PS: DON'T FORGET THAT YOU MUST HAVE THE BACKUP CD IN YOUR CD DRIVE!
btw if u have the original game why do u need the no cd file?
I don't care about having the cd in the drive to play my fav game
