in short No..I do not have a liteon and have had no probs backing up safe disk protected games at all. Remember backing up games is as much software as it is hardware. I use clonecd v4.1.0.1 and clonyxxl v2.0.0.6 English and have NOT come across a safedisk game i can not back up including new safe disk protection
