I recently bought a
Magic 3 Clip Kit v2.10 for my 39001 (v7) PS2 from
modchip.ca.
I installed the modchip, clip and BGA Board myself. It boots up fine and plays original CD-ROM & DVD games but when I attempt to play a CD-R game, I get the red screen saying "
Please insert Playstaion or Playstsion 2 Disc". It acts like nothing has changed. Any ideas?
I have tried reburning the ps2 game using different guides found on the net but it does the same thing, red screen "Please Insert...". I have also tried burning on 3 different cd-r medias. No change.
I'm running out of ideas.
Could anyone give any suggestions on what to do next?
