Well I've not been able to find an Italian Version Fix.
As you probably already know the fixes available on
Game Copy World offer cracks for 4 different languages.
Have you at least tried any or all of those (long winded process I know) cracks to see if they work.
You just may get lucky...........

TRY THIS ONE OVER HERE ... looks like its Italian..... but then I cant read Italian.....
