If you try to make an 1:1 copy of a protected (recent) cd you can go to see the safedisc v2 compatible list, most cdwriters cannot burn this protection. (SD2 list :

If your writer is inthis list i recommed to use Blindwritesuit; I maked an 1:1 copy of simcity 4 with doesn't worked with clonecd
