CDMage lets you extract files from loads of image types.
Once you've got your files on your HD, :
_ either you use Echelon's method to selfboot your game
_ either your use CDRWin or MKiSofs to build an ISO 9660 image and then Bin2Boot.
Bin2Boot doesn't work for all game.
"Perpetual Blue" doesn't work, for example. I didn't manage to selfboot it...
