1: Uninstall Medal of Honor & MOH: Spearhead.
2: Regedit any values leftover in the registry.
3: Restart your computer.
4: Reinstall Medal of Honor from the original CD.
5: Reinstall Spearhead from the orignal CD. It will patch Medal of Honor to v1.11
6: Patch Spearhead to v2.11 using this link from
Blueyonder.
WARNING patch is 55mb!
