The rule is actually ALL english posts, not part english part german. However the mods haven't made any trouble about those that more or less say the same thing in english and german. This means, about even length, using the same recognizable words etc. In other words a non german speaker can see that the message is more or less the same in german and english. Your message in german was far longer and for all we know you insulted all english speakers
Point is, give a straight translation, don't make your german sentence three times longer and expect us not to be suspicious.
