From what i can tell Hasbro Interactive only released a English (UK ) version 1.00 of the game - & from what i can see have not released any patches for it.......
I got a funny feeling that if your running Windows 2k or Windows XP (although the original game may very well run on these Os's) replacing the original pac-man.exe with the cracked one youve already downloaded may cause it not to run......
If you are runing Win2k or WinXP, try replacing the original pac-man.exe with the GCW cracked pac-man.exe again .....& rightclick it & select compatability mode..... & then select run this program in compatability mode for Win 98 / ME.........
Its a punt.... but as per Rincewinds post above you haven't really provided alot of information......
