I downloaded CDmage the last version(beta) witch supports adding files into an image, but I found the way to complicated. it asks u how many sectors you want to add and then it allows you to import a file, which is a little bit comfusing. And another thing is that
you can save the new image(with the imported file) only as "CDRWin and fiireburner cuesheet file(*.cue)".
However I did manage to add the file I wanted to a cd together with the game.I tried extracting the files with CDmage to a temp folder. CDmage had no problem at all (the image had read errors, as the original) so I extracted the files to a temp folder, added the crack, and burned a new cd with the same label as the original.
It was so simple after all, with CDmage ofcourse!
From what I understood:
1.adding an extra file to an image isn't as easy as extracting the whole cd to a temp folder and so on...
2.Adding a file into an image can be done with these programs but then you have to convert your image to another type like ".iso" for example.
I don't know if you agree with me, but that's what i think.
Thank all for writing. You realy did help me.

To handle cloneCd images you don't need to save the new image...just insert the file you want to crack and it's done..U don't need to save it as .iso file.....at least for cloneCD images.u can close the program after changing files without saving anything..then burn with the original image program and it's done!
