I have seen people trying to rip this game before. They found it very hard too as most of the game had to be ripped out which sort of diluted the experience. You can't use Record Now MAX or Prassi to extract the vol file as these are burning programs. You could try to get a one button rip kit and see if it won't make an ISO for you to burn straight to a disc. You could try these below:
