I really don't understand what's the Chinese name of the game you mentioned above...

Win2k don't need cstar or njstar to play with Chinese game or use any Chinese software, just change the system language default to Chinese Simplified or Chinese Traditional.

In the "Regional Options", "General", under "Language settings for the system", click the "Set default", and choose "Chinese (Taiwan)", which is Traditional or "Chinese (PRC)", which is Simplified. And restart the windows.
You can switch between these... but each time need to restart the windows.

For Win98, cstar sure can help with this kind of situation... and normally people here use cstar to play Chinese game... try to buy this software... or, richwin maybe can do that also...

For this game, let me know the exact Chinese name of it, then I can try to find the nocd for you...
Or maybe you can go to this site and look for it yourself...
