The profile directory is not in the main game directory.
For XP : My Computer\C: (harddrive)\Documents & Settings\All users\application data\Microsoft\Rallisport Challenge\Profiles\<your_profile_name_dir> (place the deviance profile.dat file in there)
Of course you would have read the NFO (open with notepad) file that was included in the deviance All Cheat Level fix which tells you this........
Unless you enable "Show hidden files & folders" you will not see the application data folder....cause its a hidden folder. So enable hidden files & folders as follows :
My Computer\Tools (up the top)\Folder Options\View & tick "Show Hidden Files & Folders)
