is chip faulty?
can someone help just brought dvd game from thialand they call them hongkong silvers got neo4 chip in all compact cd copy work fine but dvd ones cant get to work. used state of emergency as high toc but when disc changed gold put packman copy in disc dosent turn black so press x anyway but just makes whistling noise thanks
