Hi Filippos - nice to hear from you. Forunately the Loading screen is better than the freezing that happens on Magic 3.
It is because at fast speed the game had reach a point before the scene has been loaded into memory. It's a combination of things in the following order of importance:
- The just-in-time streaming strategy of the game
- The speed at which you hit junctions and the like
- The condition of your optical unit
We see this too and it's worse on DVD-Rs than on the original. Improves if we clean the lens sometimes.
