need sega smash pack E-release help.
I have a pal-DC, is the echelon release of this game running at 60hz by default or option? I think not since PalPatcher1.0 found SEVEN 50hz codes, can anyone confirm which one/ones to patch?or is there a hex-string I can use? Thanx/
