I just got my a messiah2 put in my V7 ntsc ps2 by dust2dust and it works great. He was in Ontario,Canada for christmas and he was nice enough to supply the chip and install it.
This guys installs are amazing. He answered all my dumb questions. The install is very very clean, wires aren't all over the place and everything worked the first time he tested it.
I'll give a more detailed review in a couple of days but I will say this if you are not sure who to trust about getting a chip and/or install contact this guy you won't be sorry.
