It also play's DVD+R's and RW's just fine which was a bonus for me since I already owned a +R recorder and didn't want to invest in a -R recorder just to back up my games.

They're pre-mod goes for $340 but they make you pay $70 for shipping so total cost is $410. It supposedly has a better mod chip in it but I don't know to much about all the different models of mod's.
