ok bud, if you have not used these sort of things before they can be quite difficult
in the release note it says the following...

Simply unpack the archive and start fix.exe from a DOS-Box or double click on it's icon. It will ask you for the path & name of your CDRWin .bin file and patch it.

I'm guessing you could do this 2 ways: -
1. Extract the zip file into the same folder as your CDRWin *.cue and *.bin files (somewhere like C:\Game). The open up a MS DOS command prompt, select the folder as your working area (
cd c:\game) then use the command
fix.exe and it will apply the patch to the bin file.
2. Double click the
fix.exe file, it asks you where your *.bin file is located, type in something like
c:\game\game.bin (obviously using your folder & file names) and it should apply the patch.
