I had the same problems with disc juggler, but the latest version of DJ finally works with my cd burner...
Anyway i prefer Nero over DJ and Nero is the only one i use.
First of all Rar files are very easy to extract. The correct way of doing it is to open WinRar then locate the files. Now here is the thing you have to double click/open the first file to extract properly. Usually the first file has the *.rar extension, if there is no *.rar then try *.001. I hope this makes sense...
If the extracted dc iso is in disc juggler format (*.cdi) and the probability of that is very large
then download cdi2nero.exe from dcemulation or somewhere- its really easy to find. It will convert the CDI to NRG so you can use your precious Nero to burn the game
Thats all, burn the nrg image with Nero (File>Burn Image>...)
