The archive contains all versions of UnSafedisc because each version of Safedisc 2 uses a slightly different encryption method (to cut a long story short)
Download the help file from gamefix.

Also, the game must be installed FULLY, as the game.exe file is compressed in another file on the cd, and thus needs to be dumped to you HD during the install process.

also, forgot to mention....
If you update with an official patch, you risk not being able to use cdr or cdrw as these newer verions of sd2 ask your burner to check the ATIP portion of a disc to see if it's a cdr or pressed silver original. Solution.....run from cdrom not burner.

Also, if your copy of Emporer is not a true 1:1 (and it may not be if not done on a compliant burner) then you will not be able to unpack it with UnSafedisc.
UnSafedisc works by runnning the game.exe file and letting it go so far (until the real executable is produced) then stopping it. So, if your game won't run from your copy, then UnSafedisc has no chance of unpacking it.
