I am a novice at making backup copies. 'ddump frontend' this does what? and fireburner is a program I guess? but what is an ISO?. Don't want the full explanation it will prolly go over my head, just like:
1. download ddump?
2. copy this..
3. use this program..
4. burn this using fireburner
etc...
