bighap, I agree with you to a point. I have both a PS2 and a XBox, (working on a Panasonic Q), and I have to say the XBox is better in most ways. Better game graphics, no memory card needed to save games, and no extra hardware needed to link two or more systems together, has a built in hard drive to save new maps for games like Splinter Cell. And a lot easier to install a modchip.

But I also like my PS2, b/c of the games selection, and not have much stuff to get in making a backup, of the game. But on the down side, you have to buy memory cards, buy new hardware to play online, and can’t download new maps for games. And for a good modchip you have 20+ wires to solder.

Just my thoughts on this.
