Uncompress the crack using the latest version of
WinRAR or
WinACE. Copy over the crack to the installed directory (Default is .C:\Program Files\Mafia) You will know when you are doing this right because you will get a message saying a file with that filename (game.exe) already exsists. Do you want to replace?? Of course you do. The game should now either ask for a cd (if you downloaded the FLT Fixed Exe) or run without the cd in the drive (if you downloaded the gimpsRus NoCD crack)
