It is confirmed that all backups dont load with these boot disc's. You may as well purchase a AR2,GS2 to boot backups as well as a Hi TOC dvd original if you are going to stick with this mod. By doing this you will be spent enough already to have purchased a messiah+install.Some lessons are hard learned. The no swap chips cannot be beat. Buy a messiah2.
