I of course can't really check whether you really broke your cd. However, that doesn't take away the fact that you could have mentioned sooner that you didn't have the original anymore. The whole daemon tools/clonecd idea can only work with an original or near 1:1 copy, no wonder that you didn't succeed. A crack is your only way out now, so let's try this. Could you please try the
Sims Living Large crack and tell me if it works. It could work, because Deluxe only contains the original + living large, but there's a very real chance it won't and then you can only try contacting the publisher for a replacement. Try the crack and tell me if it works. If it doesn't, I certainly hope you still got your manual and/or the pieces of the cd since EA will probably demand some proof of purchase.
