Red Alert 2 uses SafeDisk v2. This causes problems for most Cd-writers (including mine). Even using CloneCd, the Cd-writer is unable to read the weak sectors. One inconvienient solution is to use an emulator like PlayBackup or Insektors. PlayBackup patches the image you make in CloneCd, then you burn this image to a disk. As long as you have the PlayBackup running on the computer, the disk will work normally, as the PlayBackup fixes it 'on the fly'.

I know it's not the most convienient way, but it's the only way I have found so far.
